The Process. Make It Easy.

I am here to help, which can include support from the very first step - where to start. I know it can be overwhelming, but together we can bring your vision to life and make it fun and enjoyable along the way.

Every client’s needs are different, so my process isn’t one size fits all. My services, and how we work together, depend on your needs and what you’re looking to achieve. Sometimes clients require a deep dive into each phase while others might need less. Below is the general flow:

STEP 1: Getting Going - Intake Form

I ask all clients to fill out a simple questionnaire so I can get a better sense for where they are within their journey and what they are looking to accomplish. It’s just a one pager and pretty quick and easy. Clients might not have every answer but it’s a great place to start.

STEP 2: Download Conversation

After the intake form is complete, and depending on the scale of the project, I sometimes like to schedule a quick call with my clients. This gives me all the info I need to put an estimate together for the project, and allows perspective clients to get a better sense of my approach and what to expect.

Estimating Projects: Rather than room rates, or possibly hard to follow-rate structures, I estimate projects using an hourly rate. Within the project estimate I will outline deliverables, number of design rounds, etc. to mitigate any surprises. Please contact me for pricing.

STEP 3: Planning and Design

Once the estimate is approved and we have discussed your project, I dive in! The purpose of this phase is to dial in on your style and direction and bring it to life by selecting pieces that will fit your space, aesthetic and budget. This phase includes anything from 3D floor plans, design boards showcasing the recommended products and a detailed sourcing list with product links, dimensions, and pricing. In addition to furniture, I can also help clients with paint selection, hardware and lighting recommendations - it all just depends on each individual clients needs.

Below is an example of what clients will receive (again every client is different):
